Radison Blue Hotel
Radisson Blu Hotel – Lobby Balconies Enhanced by Lamina Stone
At the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lamina Stone has elevated the design and structural integrity of the lobby balconies with the installation of backlit panels. These panels, a fusion of innovation and natural beauty, are composed of 10 mm laminated glass, paired with 5 mm Tiger Gray Onyx and 5 mm Pure White Onyx, resulting in a total panel thickness of 15 mm.
The benefits of the Lamina Stone® Backlit Panels are evident in multiple aspects of the project:
- Illuminated Onyx-Covered Balconies: The backlighting highlights the unique veining and translucency of the onyx, creating a striking visual effect that enhances the overall ambiance of the hotel lobby.
- Strengthened Onyx Structure: By laminating the onyx cut in the vein direction, the panels reinforce what would otherwise be a weaker structure, ensuring long-term durability.
- Reinforced Exterior Space Coating: The panels provide additional strength to the external elements of the balconies, offering both protection and visual appeal.
- Aesthetic Excellence: The natural beauty of the onyx, amplified by the backlighting, adds a touch of luxury and sophistication to the hotel's interior design.
This integration of backlit panels showcases Lamina Stone’s ability to blend artistry with functionality, making the Radisson Blu Hotel’s lobby balconies a standout feature of the space.
